We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with stickers and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and processed your refund payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order upon recept. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to correct it as soon as possible.
If you break your new glassware within 30 days of reviving it, we will offer a replacement at 50% of the full price. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org You will be required to supply a photo of the broken item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
While most items are returnable, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
